Classic facelift surgery performed under total anaesthetic. The skin and underlying SMAS tissue are lifted, excess skin is removed, and the skin is stitched without tension. Treatment may extend towards the back of the ear for the neck or towards the hairline for the cheeks, mouth corners and nose lip fold.
