Full-time programme covering hospitality operations, lodging, food production, food safety, F&B cost control, front office, sales, marketing, events, service operations, guest experience, hospitality technology and analytics. Includes six months of theory followed by a six-month industrial attachment, or a two-month integrated project in lieu of the attachment. Graduates are prepared for entry-level operational and supervisory roles in hotels, resorts and F&B venues.
