Full-time diploma programme designed for individuals seeking supervisory and junior managerial roles in hospitality and tourism. Covers strategic leadership, global business trends, sustainable hospitality environments, professional research, marketing, finance, operations, brand management and project management. Includes 6 months of theory followed by a 6-month industrial attachment, with a 2-month integrated project option in lieu of the attachment. Minimum age is 18. Applicants require a foundation diploma in hospitality, tourism, hotel management or a related field, 12 years of formal education, or equivalent qualifications subject to Academic Board approval. English proficiency requirements include a pass in high school English, IELTS 5.5 or equivalent, or a pass in the PEI's English Placement Test.
