Permanent hair removal using a fine electrode inserted along each hair follicle to heat and destroy it selectively. Best suited to small areas, fine or light non-pigmented hairs, and finishing or touch-up work after laser hair removal. Hair must be visible and at least 1 mm long. Avoid waxing, tweezing, epilators or threading for 2 months beforehand, and shaving or depilatory cream for 1 month beforehand. Avoid friction for several days and sun exposure for one month after treatment.
