Fixed fee debt recovery work for stages 1 and 2. Stage 1 includes writing to the debtor and requesting payment within 7 to 14 days. Stage 2 includes issuing county court proceedings through Money Claim Online, taking instructions, reviewing evidence, preparing witness statements and attending the hearing. The fixed fee does not include enforcement stage work. Court fees are charged separately and range from £35.00 to £205.00 based on the claim amount. A trial fee of up to £346.00 may also be payable.
