Fixed fee debt recovery work for stages 1 and 2. Stage 1 includes writing to the debtor and requesting payment within 7 to 14 days. Stage 2 includes issuing county court proceedings through Money Claim Online, taking instructions, reviewing evidence, preparing witness statements and attending the hearing. The fixed fee does not include enforcement stage work. A £455.00 court fee is charged separately. A trial fee of up to £346.00 may also be payable.
