Annual membership providing services beyond what is reimbursed by health insurance, including specialist care coordination, longer unhurried visits, 24x7 access to your personal doctor for urgent matters, comprehensive annual physicals, same- or next-day appointments, onsite lab and x-ray with fast communication of test results, dedicated administrative support for specialist visits, and access to fitness, nutrition and wellness consulting. The membership fee does not cover medical care and is not covered by health insurance. Members must maintain health insurance for covered office visits, hospital admissions, testing, and surgery, and remain responsible for insurance co-pays.
