Annual membership providing personalized care and services beyond insurance reimbursement, including specialist care coordination, longer unhurried visits, 24x7 access to your personal doctor for urgent matters, same- or next-day appointments, comprehensive annual physicals, onsite lab and x-ray services, administrative support for specialist visits, and access to fitness, nutrition and wellness consulting. The membership fee does not cover medical care and is not covered by health insurance. Members must maintain health insurance for office visits, hospital admissions, testing, and surgery, and remain responsible for applicable co-pays.
