Legal service assisting leaseholders in acquiring their freehold. The service covers establishing eligibility, collating property information, participation agreements, preparing and serving the Initial Notice, negotiating the premium and other terms, and completing and registering the freehold transfer. Lease extension is not included in the fixed fee. Tribunal attendance and certain court applications are also excluded.
