A legal service for leaseholders with a missing landlord. The service can help obtain the transfer of the freehold under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, the Leasehold Reform Act 1967, or the missing landlord provisions under Part III of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. The service includes assistance with searches for the freeholder, applications to the Court, and obtaining a vesting order. Clients are responsible for surveying costs and an on account payment is requested for disbursements including title searches, advertising and Court fees. Legal fees are taken from the premium paid into Court.
