Qualification for individuals who provide employment services to job seekers and employers. Training covers support for locating, securing and maintaining employment, recruitment assistance, employment planning, career guidance, communication, legal and ethical work practices, and related employment services. Delivery modes include classroom training, online training and work based training, with self-directed training included. Students must be working within the Employment Services sector. Online and work based students need access to a computer, stable internet connection, working microphone and camera. Students have up to 12 months to complete the qualification. Eligibility requirements include completing a Language, Literacy and Numeracy test at the appropriate ACSF level, providing a Unique Student Identifier, providing evidence of eligible citizenship or residency status, and having basic computer skills.
