Training qualification for entry level community services workers who support individuals through person-centred services, including day-to-day support in community settings and support for community-based programs. Delivery includes classroom training, online training and work-based training, with self-directed learning included. Students have up to 12 months to complete the qualification. Online students need access to a computer, stable internet connection, working microphone and camera. Eligibility includes completing a Language, Literacy and Numeracy test, providing a Unique Student Identifier, and providing evidence of eligible citizenship or residency status.
