A vocational qualification providing information technology and general business skills useful in any industry and most job roles. Suitable for individuals who have not yet entered the workforce and are developing skills in preparation for work. Delivery modes include classroom training, online training and work based training, with self-directed learning included. Students have up to 12 months to complete the qualification. Entry requirements include access to a computer, stable internet connection, and a working microphone and camera for online programs. Students must complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy test, achieve the appropriate ACSF LLN level, provide a Unique Student Identifier, and provide evidence of eligible citizenship or residency status.
