Purchase of a decennial, 15-year, 30-year or 50-year concession for a burial or columbarium plot in the communal cemetery. The completed form and payment by cheque to the Trésor Public must be returned to the cemetery address. A concession certificate is sent within 6 weeks after payment is processed.
