Application for authorisation to scatter a deceased person's ashes at the Garden of Remembrance in the new Montreuil Cemetery. The cemetery service affixes an identification plaque to the designated equipment. The plaque must be supplied in gold-coloured plastic, with black engraved surname, first name, year of birth and year of death, measuring 93 mm by 40 mm and no more than 6 mm thick. Required original documents include a death certificate issued within the last 3 months, a cremation certificate and the details of the funeral operator appointed to organise the funeral. The cemetery service can also manufacture the plaque for a fee.
