Where furniture or goods are damaged solely due to the Company's negligence, the Company will pay for professional repair. The customer must have paid all amounts owing, report the damage to the supervising team leader before the team departs the delivery site, provide clear photographs showing the damage and surrounding area, and ensure the item was appropriately packed or protected and accessible for inspection. The guarantee excludes pre-existing damage, wear or defects, fragile or high-value items unless professionally packed and declared, damage arising from customer instructions, inadequate packing or restricted access, minor cosmetic or superficial marks, and consequential, indirect or financial loss. The Company may arrange and approve the repairer, and cash reimbursements are not provided unless agreed in writing. Liability is limited to the lesser of the item's fair market value or the actual repair cost assessed by an approved professional. The Company must have a reasonable opportunity to inspect damage before repair, disposal or replacement. Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion with supporting evidence.

Price-Beat Guarantee

The Company will beat any genuine, written, comparable quote from another licensed and insured furniture removalist by five per cent. The customer must provide the competitor quote before booking and before services commence. The quote must be current and dated within 14 days, include an equivalent service scope, and come from a registered Australian furniture-removal business with appropriate insurance. Quotes from online marketplaces, classified ads, individual contractors without a registered ABN, promotional discounts, one-off special offers, loyalty pricing, or quotes with materially different service conditions or payment terms are excluded. The Company may verify the quote and decline requests that do not meet the criteria.

On-Time Guarantee

The Company guarantees that the move will commence within the agreed one-hour arrival window confirmed in writing. The guarantee applies only when the team arrives and commences work outside the confirmed window through fault exclusively attributable to the Company. It excludes delays caused by staff cancellations, illness, absenteeism, traffic congestion, road closures, mechanical breakdowns, weather, customer inaccessibility or unpreparedness, inaccurate booking information, or late payment. Where the Company is solely responsible for arriving late, the customer is entitled to a refund equal to the booked hourly rate multiplied by the verified delay beyond the arrival window, capped at one hour's value. Jobs must be paid in full, and refunds are processed by Head Office after a written claim is submitted and reviewed. The refund is the sole remedy.
