Where furniture or goods are damaged solely due to the Company's negligence, the Company will pay for professional repair. The customer must have paid all amounts owing, report the damage to the supervising team leader before the team departs the delivery site, provide clear photographs showing the damage and surrounding area, and ensure the item was appropriately packed or protected and accessible for inspection. The guarantee excludes pre-existing damage, wear or defects, fragile or high-value items unless professionally packed and declared, damage arising from customer instructions, inadequate packing or restricted access, minor cosmetic or superficial marks, and consequential, indirect or financial loss. The Company may arrange and approve the repairer, and cash reimbursements are not provided unless agreed in writing. Liability is limited to the lesser of the item's fair market value or the actual repair cost assessed by an approved professional. The Company must have a reasonable opportunity to inspect damage before repair, disposal or replacement. Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion with supporting evidence.
