The Burger Collective

A two-month celebration of burgers across Lucas Collective venues in Melbourne and Sydney. Available exclusively at lunch, with two limited-time burgers including the Tombo Katsu Cheeseburger with Tonkatsu Sauce and Pickled Onion and the Spiced Chicken Katsu Burger with Curry Mayo and Toasted Sesame Slaw. Each burger is served with fries for $22 and can be paired with a signature cocktail for $15.

Share a mid-week date night with a shared three-course menu for $45 per person, featuring a selection of Nigiri, Sashimi, Crispy Rice and Maki from the sushi counter, or Charcoal Chicken Thigh from the grill with shiso, lettuce and sweet house pickles. Finish with a Strawberry and Sake Ice Cream Sundae. Add a 250ml carafe of select wines from $25. Bookings are encouraged and walk-ins are welcome.
