Every Saturday, The Mitre becomes a meeting spot for locals, families, tourists, and friends gathering together to enjoy summer properly. From relaxed afternoon lunches to lively evening drinks, the terrace is the perfect place to spend the day and stay into the night. There is outdoor seating for up to 80 guests and large tables for groups of up to 20 people. Expect Hugo Spritzes and rosé spritzes, a summer wine selection, food, cocktails, relaxed terrace service, group bookings, a flower wall and floral arch, and a late closing time. Book ahead to secure the best terrace tables during sunny weekends.

Sunday Roasts at The Mitre

Join us every Sunday for a local favourite. Choose from dry aged rump of beef, lemon and thyme roast chicken, roast pork loin, roast saddle of lamb, or wild mushroom and spinach strudel. All are served with classic roast trimmings and proper gravy. Tabasco Bloody Mary and Bloody Virgin Mary pairings are recommended. Tables book up quickly, so reserving in advance is recommended.
