The course focuses on biopsychosocial, clinical and competency-based frameworks, evidence-based assessment and management, pelvic floor muscle assessment, POP staging, transperineal ultrasound skills and a supervised clinical assessment workshop. It is available in face-to-face, live-streamed and recorded formats. Practitioners must have experience with vaginal examinations. The course is also available on demand.

An 8 hour on-demand course using a biopsychosocial framework, current evidence and clinical experience to improve confidence and competence in managing women with pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain. The course covers terminology and research, pelvic girdle anatomy and biomechanics, assessment and treatment of the sacroiliac and pubic symphysis joints, exercise prescription and contraindications, pelvic floor muscle function, internal examination referral considerations, communication, therapeutic alliance, taping, support belts, outcome measures, screening tools and clinical reasoning. The course does not include training on internal examination or treatment. Available on demand.
