Tai Chi and Qi Gong Class

A weekly Tai Chi and Qi Gong class with Thomas Nowakowski and his Shapes of Balance System. The group is open to everyone, including beginners and more experienced practitioners. Sessions cover Nei Gong, foundation forms, practical applications, Tuishou, timing, balance, awareness and individual practice advice. The class runs from 19:00 to 20:30 for main practice, followed by individual work from 20:30 to 21:00. Price options are £15 per class or £50 for a packet of 4 classes. Booking is requested.
