A set menu priced at $95 per person, including AP fenugreek sourdough, a plate of pickles, burnt eggplant with buckwheat, whipped sesame with parsley oil, smoked beetroot with soy emulsion, spatchcock with saltbush salsa verde, hasselback potato with toum, green salad and desserts. Upgrade to wagyu steak for an additional $25 per person, with a minimum of 2 people. Credit card surcharges apply. EFTPOS and cash remain surcharge free. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays.

Book any room at the hotel and add a banquet menu dinner for two at Poly for $95 per person during your stay, with one complimentary drink each on arrival. Use code EATPOLY when booking. The package is subject to availability and is available Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays when Poly is closed. Bottles of wine are not included. The cancellation policy is 48 hours. Dinner booking times are guaranteed from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm for two hours. Other times are available on request and subject to availability.
