Cocktail Street Festival

Street food and Chinese market at the Grande Halle de la Villette, serving Bao Char Siu, Bao Veggie, fried shrimp wontons and popcorn fried chicken, with live steaming, frying and assembly. Over 2,000 portions were served over 3 days.

A two-day masterclass at Printemps Haussmann, held in the studio and gallery windows. Chef Bora led a ravioli folding workshop for four classes of eight people and for passers-by on Avenue Haussmann, featuring veggie ravioli.

Omnivore Food Festival 2020 and 2022

Participation in the Omnivore Food Festival in Paris. In 2021, a Gua Bao and Bao stand with live cooking and assembly. In 2022, a food truck animation and participation in a masterclass on one of the festival stages.

Participation in numerous food market events, including Lunar New Year 2023. Street food and Chinese night market service with Bao finger food, including Gua Bao with smoked pork belly, Gua Bao Veggie and Bao choco, steamed and plancha-cooked with live assembly. Over 1,000 portions were served during the evening.

Heroiks Event Private Mansion

Dinner at a private mansion in Neuilly-sur-Seine in February 2024, with a chef-at-home service preparing a complete menu and organising service for around thirty guests. The menu included Peking duck, veggie noodles, eggplant, Ma Po tofu, ravioli, Bao, mochis and fruit salad, with a ravioli folding demonstration in front of guests.
