Dinner at a private mansion in Neuilly-sur-Seine in February 2024, with a chef-at-home service preparing a complete menu and organising service for around thirty guests. The menu included Peking duck, veggie noodles, eggplant, Ma Po tofu, ravioli, Bao, mochis and fruit salad, with a ravioli folding demonstration in front of guests.
