City walk "Berlin as a landscape of remembrance"

A 2.5-hour dialogical city walk visiting memorials supervised by the foundation. Participants receive information about the historical background of the monuments, the social debates surrounding their creation and their design concepts. Depending on participants' interests, the walk discusses questions of remembrance, including who is and is not remembered, how monuments are designed and positioned in the city, and the importance of remembering Nazi crimes today. Walking distances between memorials can be up to 1.5 km, and not all memorials can always be visited due to road closures or surrounding events. Free public tours in the Field of Stelae

A 45-minute dialogic guided tour for individual visitors aged 14 and over, held every first Sunday of the month at 2pm in English and every third Sunday of the month at 2pm in German. No registration required. Free. The tour explores the Field of Stelae and includes an accelerated admission to the Information Centre exhibition, which can be visited independently. From 12 January to 30 April 2026 inclusive, the exhibition is closed for renovation, but the open-air tour continues without a subsequent exhibition visit.
