A 45-minute guided tour at the memorial and information site offers a historical overview of the murder of tens of thousands of patients from sanatoriums, nursing homes and hospitals, and examines biographies of persecuted persons. Participants work with biographies, the memorial site and its design elements, and can contribute their special interests and questions. Prices for 2026 are 85.00 EUR, or 60.00 EUR reduced. Prices for 2027 are 90.00 EUR, or 65.00 EUR reduced. Maximum group size is 25 people. Available in German, English and further languages on demand. The exhibition at the Information Centre is closed from 12 January to 30 April 2026 inclusive due to renovation work, but open-air activities continue without a subsequent exhibition visit.
