Château de La Rivière: A Fresh Perspective on Fronsac

A free masterclass and tasting exploring the wines of Château de La Rivière and the modern expression of Fronsac terroir. The guided tasting covers multiple vintages, Château de La Rivière Blanc 2023, and a traditional method sparkling wine. The event examines terroir, vineyard practices, winemaking, the roles of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, and developments in dry white and sparkling wines. Seats are limited.

WSET Level 3 Award in Sake

An advanced sake qualification for beverage professionals and serious sake enthusiasts. The course covers sake production, categories, industry, storage, selection, service, and systematic tasting. It includes a two-week online pre-study program, 16 hours of classroom lecture and tasting on Days 1 to 3, and an exam on Day 4. Assessment includes a closed-book multiple-choice exam, a written short-answer exam, and a blind tasting of two sakes.
