AVGS-Sponsored High Profiling Coaching

Certified career coaching for academics, specialists and executives. The programme runs over eight weeks and includes 20 x 45-minute sessions. Coaching helps assess skills, values, professional experience and interests, then develop and implement a career strategy. The programme is 100% covered by an Activation and Placement Voucher, or AVGS, issued by the local job centre or Employment Agency. Coaching can take place completely in English, including documents, materials and the High Profiling competence profile. Available online, in person or in a hybrid format, with German and English coaching options.

Das Coaching umfasst 20 Unterrichtseinheiten in 10 Sitzungen à 45 Minuten über 8 Wochen und beinhaltet ein kostenloses Vorgespräch, ein individuelles Kompetenzprofil, Ressourcenaktivierung, Strategieentwicklung sowie die Stärkung der Selbstpräsentation. Die Teilnahme ist für Arbeitssuchende mit einem entsprechenden AVGS-Gutschein kostenfrei. Das Coaching ist online, vor Ort oder hybrid möglich und wird auf Deutsch oder Englisch angeboten.

AVGS career coaching for people undergoing professional change who want to strengthen their stability, orientation and decision-making skills. The programme includes 74 teaching units over 12 weeks, with 30 individual coaching units and 44 coach-supported digital units. Topics include the High Profiling competence profile, resource-oriented genogram work, career options, application strategy, AI tools, ATS selection processes and interview practice. A free, non-binding introductory meeting is included. The coaching is available online, in person or in hybrid format, in German or English, and is free with an AVGS voucher.

Inhalte sind die wissenschaftlich fundierte Analyse von Kompetenzen und Potenzialen, die Entwicklung beruflicher Optionen, Bewerbungsstrategie, Onlineprofile, Vorstellungsgespräche und der verantwortungsvolle Einsatz ausgewählter KI-Tools. Die Maßnahme ist mit einem AVGS der Agentur für Arbeit oder des Jobcenters zu 100 % förderbar.

The programme combines 30 individual one-to-one coaching sessions with 44 coach-supported units on the digital INQUA learning platform. It covers biographical reflection, competency and values analysis using High Profiling, resilience building, career vision development, application strategy, networking strategy, digital and AI skills, and support for sustainable professional perspectives. The programme lasts up to 12 weeks, is offered in hybrid format, and is funded 100% through an AVGS voucher under Section 45 SGB III.
