Individual career coaching for academics, specialists and managers with an AVGS voucher. The programme combines 30 individual one-to-one coaching sessions with 44 coach-supported units on the digital INQUA learning platform. It covers biographical reflection, competency and values analysis using High Profiling, resilience building, career vision development, application strategy, networking strategy, digital and AI skills, and support for sustainable professional perspectives. The programme lasts up to 12 weeks, is offered in hybrid format, and is funded 100% through an AVGS voucher under Section 45 SGB III.
