Shiso Omakase

Seasonal omakase dinner with chef-selected finest ingredients and an elegant set menu. The menu changes seasonally every three months and the sample menu is provided for reference only. Dinner starts at 6:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, and at 5:30pm and 8:30pm from Thursday to Saturday. The price is $298 per person from 1 April 2026. Reservations require credit card details. A cancellation fee of $150 per person applies when notice is not given at least 24 hours in advance, and cancellations within 12 hours incur the full price of $268. Dietary requirements and substitutions cannot be accommodated. Dishes may include raw and cooked seafood, egg, shellfish, sesame, dairy, gluten and meat. A 15% public holiday surcharge applies, BYO corkage applies, card payments incur a 1.8% surcharge, and group bookings incur a 15% service surcharge.
