Signature Celebrations at Fortress

Valid for new event enquiries only. A minimum of 40 guests and a maximum of 350 guests apply. Valid for events with a minimum food and beverage spend requirement only. Minimum food and beverage spend starts from $2,000 in the Tavern and $6,000 in Fortress Arena. Spend can be accrued through guests on the night, who must all show a specific coded wristband for sales to count. If the minimum spend is not met, the organiser must pay the shortfall upon departure. Valid for bookings held between 1 January 2026 and 30 April 2026, with later dates also considered. Bookings must be confirmed with a signed contract by 31 October 2025, must be booked through the Fortress Events Sales team, are not available with any other offer, and are not valid for venue-hire-only events.

Welcome Gift Vouchers

Valid for groups that book a Fortress Event Package. Not valid for online bookings. The event must be booked via the linked Enquiry Form on the gift card and facilitated by a Fortress Sales Executive. Minimum guest numbers apply according to package requirements, and minimum spend thresholds may apply depending on the selected package. The event must be contracted and signed within 100 days of the original event attended, and eligible events must be booked and held within 12 months of the original event date. The offer is not valid with any other discount or promotional offer, allows one gift card redemption per booking, and is valid only for full-priced event packages.

Fortress Referral Program

All offers are available on completion of your referred event. The referred friends offer is available to them for their booked event. To claim a reward, mention the completed referred event to the sales team for verification, or have the referred friend mention your event when booking. Events must be booked through the Fortress sales team. Terms and conditions apply to both referrer and referred friend. Referral rewards are not valid with any other offer, are limited to one per employee per annum, and do not apply to events booked through a third-party provider. Corporate events must be booked and held within six months of the initial event and require a minimum pre-paid event spend of $1,500. Kids parties require a Kids or Teen birthday party package, must be booked and held within six months, and require a minimum of 10 guests to redeem the 11th guest free. Adult social events require a minimum $450 group event spend, subject to change during peak periods, and include one 2-for-1 standard welcome drink offer. School or youth groups must book a minimum 2-hour youth activity or EduPackage, with referred events booked and held within twelve months. Uni group offers require a minimum of 30 guests and a minimum pre-paid spend of $20 per person, with referred events booked and held within six months. A free hosted Mario Kart competition is available subject to availability. Referred events must be new bookings, minimum spend requirements apply, and rewards are issued to the referrer after the referred event has taken place.
