Fortress Melbourne is looking for casual customer service attendants with food and beverage experience and an engaging personality. The customer service team serves tables, makes cocktails, and helps guests with PC gaming and board games. Candidates should have at least 2 years of food and beverage experience, outstanding customer service skills, experience servicing crowds of up to 1,000 people, a valid VIC Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate, a valid Working with Children's Check before employment starts, confidence handling customer complaints and resolutions, and the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Cocktail-making and barista experience are desirable. Applicants should have excellent personal presentation, a positive attitude, flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays, and full ongoing rights to work in Australia.
