An 8 week exercise program for people with long-term or recurrent low back pain. The program includes an initial one-on-one assessment, two group education sessions, 16 guided group exercise classes held twice per week, and a final one-on-one visit. Sessions are led by a physiotherapist and provided in small groups of 6 to 10 participants. Cost is $10 per session for 16 sessions. The program includes an initial physiotherapy appointment, two education sessions, group exercise sessions twice a week for six weeks, and a three-month physiotherapy review. Cost is $10 per session, with 12 sessions total. Sessions are offered at Healesville Hospital and Yarra Valley Health, and Angliss Hospital.
