An education and exercise program for people experiencing hip or knee osteoarthritis. The program includes an initial physiotherapy appointment, two education sessions, group exercise sessions twice a week for six weeks, and a three-month physiotherapy review. Cost is $10 per session, with 12 sessions total. Sessions are offered at Healesville Hospital and Yarra Valley Health, and Angliss Hospital.
