A non-attendance fee of $40 to $50 is payable if a patient does not attend a doctor's appointment or cancels with less than two hours' notice. If a patient fails to give 48 hours' notice or does not attend an allied health appointment, a non-attendance fee from 50% of the consultation fee will need to be paid.

Private Fees from 1st July 2026

Glebe Medical Centre operates as a private billing practice. There is a reduced fee for children and patients with a valid concession card. All other consultations are privately charged, and patients with a valid Medicare card can have their rebate claimed electronically. Fees and rebates are a guide only, with the doctor determining the Medicare item number based on the length and complexity of the consultation. Appointments on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays attract a $20 to $40 higher fee than weekday appointments.
