A non-attendance fee of $40 to $50 is payable if a patient does not attend a doctor's appointment or cancels with less than two hours' notice. If a patient fails to give 48 hours' notice or does not attend an allied health appointment, a non-attendance fee from 50% of the consultation fee will need to be paid.
