ServicePoint parcel collection

If you are not going to be home, arrange for your parcel to be delivered to your local DHL eCommerce UK ServicePoint through the tracking website. Parcels are kept at the ServicePoint for 10 days. To collect, bring the pick-up code emailed or texted to you and photographic proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence. Parcels must be collected within 10 days of arriving at the ServicePoint or they will be returned to the sender.

ServicePoint parcel drop-off

You do not need a business account to send a parcel with DHL eCommerce UK. Pop to your nearest ServicePoint and pay for your delivery in store, or book online and pay in advance before dropping off your parcel. Parcels must not exceed 60 x 60 x 60 cm or 15 kg, prohibited items cannot be dropped off, and the service is not currently available on Worldwide Air orders.

Label-less parcel drop-off

When making your booking, select the label-less option and DHL eCommerce UK will send a barcode to your phone. Take your parcel to any DHL eCommerce UK ServicePoint, where the shopkeeper will scan the barcode and affix a label to the outside of your parcel. Label-less is not available on International orders.
