If you are not going to be home, arrange for your parcel to be delivered to your local DHL eCommerce UK ServicePoint through the tracking website. Parcels are kept at the ServicePoint for 10 days. To collect, bring the pick-up code emailed or texted to you and photographic proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence. Parcels must be collected within 10 days of arriving at the ServicePoint or they will be returned to the sender.
