In cooperation with Die Änderei, alterations and repairs can be booked online. Customers can select a service using the online form, send clothing from home by post with DHL collection service, request standard repairs or special services, and receive the altered or repaired clothing back at home by insured DHL parcel.

Alterations and Repairs

Alterations and repairs are available for clothing bought at P&C and for brought-in garments, provided they have been washed or cleaned. Services include sewing on a button for €1.49, repairing a seam or hem from €4.99, shortening trousers from €13.99, and shortening sleeves from €20.99. Express alteration, subject to availability for collection the same or following day, costs an additional €3 per item. No appointment is necessary. Standard processing usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

Professional alterations and repairs for clothing purchased at Peek & Cloppenburg and for brought-in garments, provided the garments have been washed or cleaned. Services include sewing on a button, repairing a seam or hem, shortening trousers and shortening sleeves. Personal consultation is provided by trained specialists. No appointment is necessary, although appointments are available in selected stores. Express alterations may be available for collection the same or following day for an additional 3 EUR per garment. The ateliers are staffed during core hours between 12:00 and 18:00, and work is generally completed within 3 to 5 working days.
