Professional alterations and repairs for clothing purchased at Peek & Cloppenburg and for brought-in garments, provided the garments have been washed or cleaned. Services include sewing on a button, repairing a seam or hem, shortening trousers and shortening sleeves. Personal consultation is provided by trained specialists. No appointment is necessary, although appointments are available in selected stores. Express alterations may be available for collection the same or following day for an additional 3 EUR per garment. The ateliers are staffed during core hours between 12:00 and 18:00, and work is generally completed within 3 to 5 working days.
