Flock tracks key safety metrics throughout the policy period, allowing fleets to accumulate rebates. The rebate is based on loss ratios, safety scores, claims reporting times, driving behaviour and claims performance. Fleets with better performance can earn back up to 10% of their annual premium at renewal. The rebate is calculated in real time and can be viewed and forecast in the Flock Portal.
