Enjoy a selection of tea sandwiches including smoked salmon, cucumber and cream cheese, chicken mayonnaise and egg mayonnaise. Scones are served with clotted cream and a selection of jams, including raspberry jam, blackcurrant jam, marmalade jam and honey. Desserts include madeleine with chocolate and frosted cream, raspberry milk chocolate mousse with raspberry mousse, chocolate sponge, crystal glaze and decoration, and choux vanilla with chocolate choux, pastry cream and frost cream. For every guest who joins the Under the Sea Afternoon Tea, £1 per person is donated to support marine conservation efforts.
