For Texas policyholders and/or certificate holders residing in the listed counties affected by severe flooding, Aflac provides a premium grace period from July 13, 2026 through September 18, 2026. The grace period also extends claim filing deadlines and provides leniency for other actions required under the policy. Replacement policy copies are available upon request. Network Dental and Vision Members also receive extensions for claim filing deadlines, relaxation of prior authorization, precertification, and referral requirements, access to appropriate out-of-network providers when in-network providers are unavailable or members are displaced, and leniency for other certificate requirements. Replacement certificates are available upon request.
