The rate range is based on a loan amount of $750,000 or more, and the rate offered depends on individual circumstances including banking history with NAB, application information, loan amount, credit risk and credit history. Available for new owner occupier, principal and interest home loans where the customer takes a variable rate with offset NAB Tailored Home Loan and has a deposit of 30% or more of the property value, with a maximum permitted Loan to Value ratio of 70%.
