Each child is entitled to three swap days per year, from 1st April to 31st March, which can be used in lieu of missed attendance due to sickness or holiday. Swap days cannot be offered for bank holidays or inset days. To book a swap day, you must know which missed day it replaces and book at least one day in advance with the reception team.
