Enrolled students of elementary, middle, and high schools located in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties on a school-sponsored field trip for educational purposes are eligible. Students must be chaperoned by adults at a ratio of at least 1 adult per 15 students, and all must enter, travel, and exit stations as a group. Students on school field trips receive a 62.5% discount to the full Clipper fare. Adult chaperones pay the full Clipper fare. BART must receive the paid order at least 21 working days in advance of the travel date for processing.
