Students living on campus more than 100 miles from home may qualify for this discount. As a substitute, an operator exclusion form can be submitted to the carrier when the student leaves for school and reversed when they return for breaks or vacations. Student discounts may not apply if the driver has had their license for more than 6 years, or if they are over the age limit set by their carrier.
