Majestic Properties acts as the sole agency responsible for selling the property, with an exclusive right to sell for an initial period agreed from the date of the signed contract. The sole agency may continue after the initial period, subject to 14 days' written notice by either party. A fee of 1.5% is payable, in addition to any other agreed charges, if the property legally completes with a buyer introduced by Majestic Properties during the sole agency period, a buyer with whom Majestic Properties negotiated during that period, or a buyer introduced by another estate agent. All fees are subject to VAT, and fees are payable upon completion of the sale.
