Majestic Properties acts alongside additional estate agents. The agency starts on the agreed date and continues until either party gives 14 days' written notice. A fee of 2% is payable, in addition to any other agreed charges, if the property legally completes with a buyer introduced by Majestic Properties while it is the leading agency, or with a buyer with whom Majestic Properties negotiated during that period. All fees are subject to VAT, and fees are payable upon completion of the sale.
