The membership includes comprehensive exams, annual digital x-rays, dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, member-only rates, emergency visits, free specialist consultations, and no deductibles or maximums. A one-time, non-refundable $50 enrollment fee and a 1-year commitment apply.
